FAQ

What do you make?

Our collection includes 3D-printed games, vases, animal designs, and other prints.

What comes with each product?

See the individual product listing for the included pieces, dimensions, material, and available options. Contact us if you need a detail confirmed before ordering.

Can I request a different color or size?

Contact us with the product and the option you have in mind. Availability and any price difference need to be confirmed before ordering.

Can vases hold water?

Water suitability has not yet been confirmed. Contact us before using a vase with water.

Are animal prints suitable for children?

Age suitability and intended use have not yet been confirmed. Contact us before purchasing an animal print for a child.

How do I care for my print?

Care instructions will be provided for each product once its material and intended use are confirmed.

When will my order arrive?

Available finished stock is used first. Made-to-order prints are generally completed and dispatched within 2–3 days; high demand may extend timing. Carrier transit time is additional. Contact us before ordering for a specific deadline. See our shipping and order information.

What is the return policy?

Non-defective products are non-refundable. For damaged arrivals, photograph the product and packaging immediately and email ask@urbanescapegames.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or coordinate a return when necessary. See our refund policy.

Will my print look exactly like the photo?

Each item is 3D printed, so slight variations in layer lines, surface texture, and color can occur from print to print. These are normal characteristics of the printing process. Photos show examples of the finished products.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Bulk-order discounts may be available, including for schools and businesses ordering larger quantities. Pricing depends on the products, quantity, and customization requested. Email ask@urbanescapegames.com with the items, quantities, and date needed for a personalized quote.
