These terms apply to purchases from Urban Escape Prints at shop.urbanescapegames.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Products and orders

We sell 3D-printed games, gifts and accessories. Please review the selected style, color, size, quantity and included components before ordering. Colors may appear differently on screens, and 3D-printed items may show layer lines and minor finish variations. Product prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Production and delivery

Available finished stock is used first. Otherwise, items are made to order, generally completed and shipped within 2–3 days. High demand may extend production time; contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Pickup customers should wait for a ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy provide the applicable details. Non-defective items are non-refundable under our published return policy. For items damaged on arrival, contact us promptly with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or an authorized return as appropriate. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
