Shipping policy

Shipping and production

Available finished stock is used first. Otherwise, your print is made to order and generally completed and dispatched within 2–3 days. High demand may extend this timing. Carrier transit time is additional.

For a specific deadline, contact ask@urbanescapegames.com before ordering to confirm timing.

Shipping within the contiguous United States is $15 for orders below $125 and free for orders of $125 or more. The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding tax and shipping.

Free Marietta pickup is available at Urban Escape Games, 1800 Sandy Plains Industrial Parkway, Suite 320, Marietta, GA 30066. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international delivery, contact us for a quote before ordering.
