Stock and production

Available finished stock is used first. Otherwise, your print is made to order and generally completed and dispatched within 2–3 days. High demand may extend this timing. Carrier transit time is additional.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping within the contiguous United States is $15 for orders below $125 and free for orders of $125 or more. The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding tax and shipping.

Free pickup is available at Urban Escape Games, 1800 Sandy Plains Industrial Parkway, Suite 320, Marietta, GA 30066. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before collecting your order.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international delivery, contact us for a quote before ordering.

Returns and damaged arrivals

Non-defective products are non-refundable. If your product arrives broken, photograph it and the packaging immediately upon opening, then email us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or coordinate a return when necessary. Contact us before sending an item back.
