Returns and damaged arrivals

Non-defective products are non-refundable and are not eligible for returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, photograph it immediately upon opening, including the packaging, and email ask@urbanescapegames.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or coordinate a return when necessary. Contact us before sending an item back.

Fine layer lines and slight variations in surface texture and color are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not, by themselves, defects. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
